Gym is one of the most important factors in your health and fitness journey. But physical action isn't the only variable in achieving your dream body. Extrapolate the idea of working hard not being correlated to being successful. Hard work is unarguably necessary but isn't even the most important. If hard work = success then people working in tobacco fields or lugging shingles up ladders would be the wealthiest. This is evidently not the case. Much like how going to the gym everyday doesn't mean anything without knowledge, intentional roadmaps, guidance, recovery, nutrition, progressive overload and so on... the missing variable is beliefs and identity.
